Pricing questions
What is a credit?
A credit is our unit for AI work. One credit is roughly one cent of AI work. Small tasks, like drafting an email, use a few credits; bigger ones, like building a full site, use more. You always see the estimate before a task runs.
What happens if a task fails?
Credits are reserved when a task starts and only captured after Hustlio verifies the result. If a task fails verification, the reserved credits are released back to you automatically and you see the reason in your activity log.
Can I launch on the free plan?
Yes. A full one-click launch — demand check, offer, site, checkout and launch content — fits inside the free 300 credits.
What is the daily cap for?
The daily cap stops runaway spending. Your AI team pauses automatic work once the cap is reached and picks up again the next day. You can still top up any time.
Do unused credits roll over?
Monthly plan credits reset at the start of each billing month. Top-up credits and the free start credits never expire.
What is the platform fee?
A small percentage of each sale you make through your Hustlio checkout: 2% on Free start and Launch, 1% on Grow and 0% on Scale. Standard payment processing fees from the payment provider apply separately.
Can I cancel or change plans?
Yes, any time from your billing page. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current period. See our refund policy for details on subscription refunds.
