Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Hustlio (“Hustlio”, “we”, “us”) operates hustlio.com and the Hustlio service. You can contact us at hello@hustlio.com.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to use Hustlio.
• You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity on your account.
• Information you give us must be accurate and kept up to date.

3. What Hustlio does

Hustlio uses AI agents to research demand, draft offers and content, build websites, set up checkout, answer customer questions and suggest next steps. AI output can contain mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing what Hustlio produces and for the business you run, including your products, prices, claims, taxes and legal obligations.

Hustlio does not promise any level of sales, revenue or success. Demand checks and scores are estimates to help you decide, not guarantees.

4. Credits, plans and payment

• AI work is measured in credits. Credits are reserved when a task starts and captured only after the result is verified. If a task fails verification, reserved credits are released automatically.
• Monthly plan credits reset at the start of each billing period. Free start credits and purchased top-ups do not expire while your account is open.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
• Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

5. Selling through your Hustlio site

Payments on your site are processed by a third-party payment provider under an account in your name. You must accept that provider’s terms. Hustlio may charge a platform fee on sales as described on our pricing page. You are the seller of record and are responsible for fulfilling orders, handling customer requests, and complying with consumer-protection and tax laws.

6. Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. Our Moderator agent screens ideas, sites, products and messages, and we may pause, remove or refuse content or accounts that break the policy.

7. Your content and ownership

• You own your business, your content and your customer data. You can export your site code and data at any time.
• You give Hustlio a limited licence to host, process and display your content only as needed to run the service for you.
• On free and Launch plans, your site may display a small “Built with Hustlio” badge.
• If you opt in to our showcase, we may display your site’s name, tagline and link on hustlio.com. You can opt out at any time.

8. Our service

We work hard to keep Hustlio available and secure, but the service is provided “as is”. We may change or improve features over time. We will give reasonable notice of material changes that negatively affect paid plans.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Hustlio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Ending the agreement

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or where required by law. Where possible, we will give you notice and a chance to export your data.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If changes are significant, we will let you know by email or in the app before they take effect.
