This policy explains what personal data Hustlio collects, why, and the choices you have. We collect only what we need to run the service, and we never sell your data.
1. Who is responsible
Hustlio is responsible for personal data about our members and visitors to hustlio.com. For data about your customers collected through your Hustlio site, you are responsible and Hustlio processes it on your behalf. Contact: hello@hustlio.com.
2. What we collect
- Account data: name, email, login details and plan information.
- Business data: your ideas, business details, site content, products and settings.
- Billing data: handled by our payment provider; we store only references and limited details such as the last four digits of a card.
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, device and browser information, and approximate location from IP address.
- Free tools and forms: ideas you submit to the demand check, and your email if you request a full report, join our list, contact us or report abuse.
3. How we use it
- To provide the service: running AI agents, hosting your site, processing payments and sending messages you ask for.
- To keep Hustlio safe: screening content, preventing fraud and abuse, and rate-limiting free tools.
- To communicate with you: service emails, daily briefings you enable, and product updates you can unsubscribe from.
- To improve Hustlio, using aggregated or de-identified data where possible, and analytics only if you consent.
4. AI providers
To do its work, Hustlio sends relevant parts of your data to AI model providers acting as our processors. We choose providers that do not use your data to train their models under our agreements with them.
5. Sharing
We share data only with service providers that help us run Hustlio (hosting, database, email delivery, payments, AI models, analytics), when required by law, or to protect people and the service. We do not sell personal data.
6. Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. With your consent, we also use privacy-friendly analytics. You can change your choice at any time by clearing the “hustlio-consent” setting in your browser storage, which will show the consent banner again.
7. How long we keep data
We keep account and business data while your account is open. When you close your account, we delete or anonymise it within a reasonable period, except where we must keep records for legal, tax or security reasons.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your data, and to object to or restrict some processing. You can export your data from the app at any time, or email hello@hustlio.com for other requests. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
9. Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls and regular reviews to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify you of any breach as required by law.
10. Children
Hustlio is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
11. Changes
We will post updates here and tell you about significant changes by email or in the app.
