Acceptable Use Policy

Hustlio exists to help people build honest businesses that serve real customers. This policy sets out what isn't allowed, so everyone — members, their customers and the public — can trust sites built with Hustlio.

1. Prohibited businesses and content

You may not use Hustlio to create, promote or sell:

  • Scams, fraud, phishing, fake reviews or testimonials, or anything designed to deceive people.
  • Get-rich-quick schemes, multi-level marketing, pyramid schemes, or offers built on income or earnings promises.
  • Adult or sexually explicit content or services.
  • Weapons, ammunition, explosives or their parts and instructions.
  • Gambling, betting, lotteries, or games of chance for money.
  • Health, medical or mental-health claims that aren’t approved by the relevant authority, including claims to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease, and unapproved supplements or drugs.
  • Hate speech, harassment, threats, or content that demeans people based on protected characteristics.
  • Illegal goods or services, including controlled substances, counterfeit goods, and stolen data or accounts.
  • Content that infringes someone else’s copyright, trademark or privacy.
  • Anything prohibited or restricted by our payment providers, including the Stripe Restricted Businesses list.

2. Prohibited behaviour

  • Sending spam or messages to people who haven’t agreed to hear from you.
  • Impersonating another person, brand or organisation.
  • Trying to bypass credit limits, rate limits, content screening or security controls.
  • Using Hustlio to attack, probe or overload other systems.
  • Collecting personal data without a lawful basis and a clear privacy notice.

3. How moderation works

Hustlio’s Moderator agent screens ideas, sites, products and messages before and after they go live. When something may break this policy, the Moderator can block it, ask you to change it, or send it to a human reviewer. We also act on reports from the public.

4. What happens if the policy is broken

Depending on how serious the issue is, we may ask you to make changes, remove content, unpublish a site, pause payments, or suspend or close your account. For serious or illegal activity we may act immediately and may report it to the relevant authorities.

5. Appeals

If you think we made a mistake, email hello@hustlio.com with the details. A person will review your appeal.
